We bring our members together in a private monthly virtual meet-up to stay connected and build on these important relationships.

Membership Criteria

By becoming a member of Flux, you agree to having met the following criteria:

You are a Senior Leader (Head of / Director / C-Level / Team Manager/ Independent Contributor) in UX & Design at your organisation
You work in-house for a brand (we are not currently open to agency professionals)
You identify as a woman
You have read, and agree to follow, the Flux Code of Conduct
You're a good human being who wants to connect with this network in a genuine and authentic way
