This code of conduct outlines the expectations for all members of our women design and UX leaders networking community. We strive to create a welcoming and inclusive space for everyone, regardless of their background, identity, or experience. By joining this community, you agree to abide by these guidelines.
Respect:
Treat all members with respect and courtesy, regardless of their gender identity, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, age, ability, or any other personal characteristic.
Be mindful of your language and avoid using discriminatory or offensive terms.
Listen actively and engage in respectful dialogue, even when you disagree with someone.
Inclusivity:
Actively promote and welcome diverse perspectives and experiences.
Use inclusive language that acknowledges and respects everyone's identity.
Be mindful of your biases and challenge your own assumptions.
Amplify the voices of marginalized individuals within the community.
Professionalism:
Maintain a professional and respectful environment at all times.
Avoid discussing confidential information or engaging in unprofessional behavior.
Be mindful of your online presence and represent yourself and the community positively.
Safety:
Harassment, discrimination, and bullying of any kind will not be tolerated.
This includes, but is not limited to, unwelcome physical contact, sexual advances, verbal abuse, and discriminatory language.
If you experience or witness any form of harassment, please report it immediately to the community moderators.
Confidentiality:
Respect the privacy of other members and do not share confidential information without their consent.
Enforcement:
The community moderators will enforce this code of conduct and take appropriate action against any member who violates its terms.
This may include warnings, temporary or permanent suspension, or removal from the community.
Reporting:
If you experience or witness any violation of this code of conduct, please report it to the community moderators immediately.
You can report violations anonymously if you prefer.

We encourage members to provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.
